A session dedicated to reviewing and strengthening your vision, mission, and values as well as creating a strategic plan for maneuvering the uncertainty journey.

Objectives of the session:

  • Discuss the relationship among vision, mission, values, and strategy;

  • Describe the four basic approaches for framing a “noble purpose”; and

  • Create an action plan to successfully implement and execute your strategy for maneuvering uncertainty to success..

This session includes learning, workbook materials, reflection, and a 30 minute one-on-one coaching session.
