Objectives of the session:
Discuss the meaning of trust to relationships, especially during times of change and uncertainty;
Incorporate methods of increasing and building trust with all of your relationships; and
Understand the steps to repairing broken trust with relationships.
This session includes learning, workbook materials, reflection, assessment and feedback, and a 30 minute one-on-one coaching session.
