Objectives of the session:

  • Understand the relationship between good communication and change & uncertainty;

  • Describe your personal communication approach and how it affects your communication interactions; and

  • Understand 10 steps to improving your communication including an action plan for growth and relationship building during uncertain times.

This session includes learning, workbook materials, reflection, assessment and feedback, and a 30 minute one-on-one coaching session.
