Our lens is our view of the world and isn’t always accurate.  Learn to clear some of that fog and fortify your response to uncertainty.

This event is delivered via Zoom. Your instructor is Dr. Marya Wilson.

Objectives of the session:

  • Describe the cognitive processing (lens creation) process;

  • Understand how bias and stereotypes affect the accuracy of our lens; and

  • Develop an action plan that will help you “clear your lens” as you approach uncertainty...see the journey with the most accurate eyes.

This session includes learning, workbook materials, reflection, assessment and feedback, and a 30 minute one-on-one coaching session.
